Hey! I’m Jessica Monteiro! I love colors and how I can express myself through it. I believe that being an artist is also making a difference in people’s lives whether they are near or far! I love how colors communicate with me and make me travel through different emotions. I was born and raised in Brazil, a country of many colors where joy and diversity have taught me to appreciate the beauty found within people, the beauty of nature and my love for art. I remember with great affection in my childhood the care and love that my mother had for the family and for a house in harmony in a clean and organized environment. Many of these customs I carry with me! I live with my art in the most special and safe place for me! My house.
I start thinking about a name to represent my work I really wanted something fun and meaningful for me. As a Brazilian I love all kinds of fruits but specially pineapple! Also, Pink is my favorite color! So PINK PINA sounded perfect for me!
